Retrofit help

I grabbed a set of Faria gauges from a Bayliner setup and want to install them on my 2001 Skeeter ZX190 with a Yamaha 150. Does anyone here run these on a similar rig? I'm curious if I'll run into any wiring surprises or if they play nice with that motor.

I haven't run that exact combo, but I've seen a few people swap them into older skeeters without too much trouble but biggest thing I noticed is making sure the tach is set for the right pulse count for your yamaha (should be "P" setting 6 if I remember right for most 150s), you might also need to touch the harness or run some separate signal wires ,in case of a different control system

I wanted to say thank you for the tip. The tach pulse setting was set for the old motor and I would have been lost without that advice. I got everything installed and tested last weekend and all the gauges are reading correctly.
