Buying a 1999 Skeeter

Is $8000 a good price for a 99 Skeeter ZX18 that has quite a few repairs on them? I'm still gathering info as to what kind of repairs were made but I guess, I just wanted to know if that price is good for the year and model of the boat? what kind of repairs would be a deal breaker? thanks everyone!

$8,000 for a '99 Skeeter ZX18 with many repairs can be okay if major parts like the engine and hull are solid, for me the deal breakers are: frame damage or bad engine rebuilds.

That price seems risky without knowing repair details, major engine work, transom cracks or hull damage could be deal-breakers. I'd worry about severe hidden corrosion, electrical faults, or frame misalignment

I paid 11,000 for one a couple years ago that was in very good condition and came with good networked electronics and an Ultrex troller. ZX185c. Major repairs always concern me as to how well it was repaired…
